Mary Lee Amendolia

Mary Lee Amendolia is highly experienced in senior executive searches across a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, professional services, real estate, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining SEBA International, Mary Lee was a Founding Principal at a leading search boutique. Previously, she was a Principal in the Real Estate Practice of Rhodes Associates, and earlier, a leader in the Professional Services Practice at Picard International.

Currently, Mary Lee has primary responsibility for leading SEBA International’s Healthcare Industry practice. She has strong functional expertise across Corporate Development and Strategy, as well as Marketing, Product Development, and Communications.

Mary Lee’s recent searches have included the successful recruitment of critical leadership talent -- the Chief Strategy Officer of a major health insurer, the Chief Operating Officer of a leading book publisher, the Global Marketing Executive for a global financial services company, and the Chief Compliance Officer for a foremost investment management firm.
