The Client Need
A London-based global credit card and loan provider needed a new head of marketing analytics and insight. The position called for both technical skill and the ability to play a consulting role within the organization, providing guidance for the client’s marketing programs.
The SEBA Solution
Our client assumed we’d find the right person working for one of their competitors in the U.K. market. We did evaluate such candidates, but our instincts told us that the assignment called for a more creative approach. Given the consultative nature of the position, we also conducted a concurrent search of consultants in the field. We presented both types of candidates, and the right choice soon became apparent.
The Result
