Grant H. Beighley
Grant is a Director with the firm’s Financial Stability practice, focused on the development of client and candidate relationships in the financial services, technology, and professional services industries across the finance, risk, compliance, and analytics functions. Joining SEBA International in 2012, Grant has led and executed dozens of searches in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Latin America, and Africa, advising clients on key executive roles and deepening relationships in the Financial Stability practice space. He is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA), the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Grant gained industry experience in corporate communications with KPMG, as well as attended Seton Hall University for an M.A./Ed.S. degree in Counseling Psychology. He graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in English and Communications & Media Studies, and is an active member and supporter of the New York Historical Society and Central Park Conservancy.
