As a co-founder and Managing Partner of SEBA International, Kate manages SEBA’s Technology Industry Practice firm-wide. Kate has spent over 15 years representing global market leaders across datacenter (networking, server, storage), software and services industries. Her organization’s functional areas of expertise are marketing, sales, partnership, and strategy. Representative assignments have included CMO, VP EMEA Sales, VP Global Strategic Alliances and VP Channels and VP Global Product Strategy with clients such as Brocade Communications Systems, Cisco Systems, Hitachi Data Systems, Juniper Networks and SAP. Kate also leads SEBA’s Diversity Practice which develops strategies and programs for corporations seeking to acquire and retain diverse, high performing teams.

Robert Iommazzo

Robert is a Managing Partner and co-founder of SEBA International. He manages the Firm’s Global Financial Services practice with an emphasis on Risk, Finance & Analytics search work and is regarded as an expert within these functions across the global banking sector. He is responsible for managing client relationships as well as leading assignments across the Americas, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
