Robert M. Iommazzo
Rob is a Managing Partner and co-founder of SEBA International. He leads SEBA's Global Financial Stability Practice advising clients on a range of talent issues focused in the finance, risk management, compliance, financial crime, analytics and data sciences disciplines. He serves clients across the financial services, technology and professional services industries, globally. Rob’s portfolio of assignments include Non-Executive Directors, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Heads of Credit / Enterprise / IT / Operational and Market Risk as well as leadership roles in audit, compliance, financial crime and data analytics. Rob has successfully led and completed search assignments in twenty-five (25) countries across five (5) continents.
Rob began his executive search career at A-L Associates, Inc. in the Firm’s Accounting and Finance practice and later transitioned into A-L’s Strategy and Finance practice. Prior to entering his career in executive search, Rob worked for Hogan Lovells LLP based in Washington, D.C.
Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors for A Chance in Life (ACIL) and the Advisory Board for the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA). He is active in the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the Institute of Directors (IoD), the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
