Robert M. Iommazzo
Rob is a co-founding Partner of SEBA International and currently Managing Partner, leading SEBA's Global Financial Stability Practice. Specializing in finance, risk and regulatory compliance search assignments, Rob advises and represents banks, securities firms, leading fintech companies and asset management companies on key executive and non-executive director appointments across these functions.
Rob began his career in executive search at A-L Associates, Inc. in the firm’s Accounting and Finance practice. Prior to entering his career in executive search, Rob worked for Hogan Lovells LLP based in Washington, D.C. Robert is active with several industry associations such as the ABA (the American Bankers Association), SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association), GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals), PRMIA (the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association) and the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) where he frequently speaks on topics relating to recruitment and industry trends.
Additionally, Robert currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for A Chance in Life (ACIL), a Young Associate Director of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Opera and is an active member of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) and the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants).
Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
