Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Partners and Client Managers in conducting executive searches on behalf of top-tier clients.

• Leveraging the SEBA network, engage the market on a global scale, focusing primarily on the United States, United Kingdom and Latin America.

• Conduct on-site analysis of clients’ leadership needs, company history, organizational dynamics and structure.

• Perform industry/comparable company research, leveraging software tools (PitchBook, CrunchBase, internal databases) to create company and prospective candidate targets; prepare client deliverables to present go-to-market strategy to clients.

• Working closely with Partners and Client Managers, reach out to potential candidates in order to establish interest and qualifications.

• Evaluate prospects’ cultural, technical, and experiential alignment with client objectives to develop plans for strategic placements that aim to resolve gaps in clients’ performance and operational efficiency.

• Via out-reach and assessment efforts, establish and present “short lists” of top candidates to Partners and Client Managers in a timely manner.

• Manage the expectations of a variety of diverse stakeholders in a concise, professional manner.

• Continuously update and detail candidate records in the company database.

• Participate in relevant search update calls and meetings with clients.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 0-4 years experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, marketing or related space

• Strong sense of urgency and focus on results. Defer to action mentality.

• Highly professional oral and written communication skills.

• Superior organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
